How to make a ROM Hack

To make a basic ROM Hack you will need:

Advance Map (To edit the map look and scripts. http://am190.no-ip.info)
Advance Text (To edit what the people/signposts etc say, I advise you don't use, it can muck it up, so I'm not providing a link)
Advance Mart (To edit the prices of the Pokemon Mart, and what they sell in them. Same as A-Text above)
Any World Map Editor (So it will show up as your region. I currently don't have one, please say if you find one.)
IntroEd (Not really needed, but it changes what Pokemon Oak/Birch etc shows you at the start of the game. )
Any sprite editor (To edit the look of Sprites)

Also you will need:

Pokemon Gameboy Advance ROMS (I get mine from dashroms.com. I WILL NOT provide direct links to ROMs)
A Gameboy Advance Emulator (To play it on, I use Virtual Boy. I WILL NOT provide direct links to emulators)
Lunar IPS (Most people put their ROM Hacks in this file format)

That round about sums it up! I figured how to do it all by myself so I think you could to!

Also, could this be Sticked? I think it would be very intresting to see people making their on ROM Hacks.

No problem. I really hope when people come on here they will start making these. Hell, Slash may even make a Hacks Showcase sub-forum like me!

Send you the text one? No, sorry no can do, I'm not going to provide download links here... I could be abeiding and abeting an illegal act if I did... well, I'm not saying you're going to sell you ROM Hack, but it's just to be on the safe side. The map one I know there are many useful tutorials on http://youtube.com just search "Advance Map Tutorial", hope that helped.
