Affiliate - FOR SLASH ONLY (For now anyway)

I guess I should've sent you this in a PM, but oh well. OK, so we both have sites, we both go on each others site, and we both have members on each of ours site. So why not spread it around so each site could have more members? I.e, become Affiliates and put each others respected sites in the NavBar, so, do you accept, or decline?
